It’s not hard to tell by looking at this website that we share a mutual love for Nathan. We also share a mutual love for shirtless Nathan.

Julie: Nathan Scott
Nathan has evolved so much from the self-absorbed jerk we saw in early season one and the progression has seemed very natural. Meeting Haley really inspired him to become a better person, stand up to his father, and bond with his half-brother. He has certainly had some dark times but his love for Haley and Jamie has pulled him through. He has worked hard for his dreams but it is also important to him for his family to follow theirs. Also he is hottt and sexy.

Meaghan: Nathan Scott (duh)
Nathan is insidious: he gradually sucked me into his vortex of lovableness. In the beginning, he seemed like the biggest jackass in Tree Hill (other than Dan). But then I saw how awful his home life was and it made me feel bad for him. Then I watched him start to fall for Haley and truly try to become a better person for her, and it was just so darn adorable. Then she left, and my heart broke for him; all I wanted was for his pain to stop, dammit. Then he forgave her, and I was ridiculously happy for him. And so on and so on. He’s not always the best decision-maker but he means well, and the way he looks at Haley is so, so sexy. Did I also mention he’s incredibly hot? Because there’s that too. Have you seen his arms? Those are good arms to have. I wish I had my own Nathan.

Morgan: Nathan Scott
I never expected to love Nathan Scott. Throughout the years I heard about One Tree Hill before I gave it a chance, it seemed like Lucas was the better brother. Then, I actually watched. In a similar way to Meaghan, I gradually began to feel for him and warm up to him. A large part of that was through watching him fall in love with Haley. Like her, I fell head over heels for Nathan. He’s grown into a wonderful man. He makes mistakes, he often makes bad decisions. It’s always done, though, with the best interest of his family first and foremost in his heart. If not for Nathan, my favorite male character would be Dan Scott. Granted, if not for Nathan, I might not be so invested in this show.
